I can do this!
I can finally say this diet stuff is getting so much easier! I realized real quick the key to dieting and not being. Miserable is variety! Mix up your meals or your going to get bored real fast. I googled health meals for each meal and picked a few for each day of the week! I also realized Breakfast is the make it or break it part of your day! Start off satisfied and full and you have the energy to get you through the day plus you won’t be reaching for a ton of snacks in the morning to supplement for the breakfast you should have ate. I do about 9 glasses of water a day now and I feel a lot better! I’m working out regularly and dropping weight regularly 6 pounds down baby!

End of day 3 on diet. It’s safe to say I have craved everything I can’t have at least once by now and it’s miserable! Why can’t every food in the world be zero calorie! Lol
