45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week followed by 30 minutes of Strength training!

I do 45 minutes of Cardio 5 days a week followed by 30 minutes of strength training! Also I cut sodas completely out they are Horrible for bloating stomachs and hiding any progress you do have!! 8 glasses of water a day at the least, 1200 calorie diet with lots of fruits, veggies and lean meat! Also remember to get your healthy fats because you need those too!

1 weeks difference in changing diet completely and exercising! I’m already seeing a difference! I lose an inch off my waist and 2 inches off my thighs today!

From Monday to today I have went from 156.4 to 150.0. Pretty proud of myself!
