From Monday to today I have went from 156.4 to 150.0. Pretty proud of myself!

I can finally say this diet stuff is getting so much easier! I realized real quick the key to dieting and not being. Miserable is variety! Mix up your meals or your going to get bored real fast. I googled health meals for each meal and picked a few for each day of the week! I also realized Breakfast is the make it or break it part of your day! Start off satisfied and full and you have the energy...

End of day 3 on diet. It’s safe to say I have craved everything I can’t have at least once by now and it’s miserable! Why can’t every food in the world be zero calorie! Lol
