-Vanilla Pumpkin Protein Shake
Recipe-
•1 banana
•1/4 cup Pumpkin Purée
•1 1/2 Teaspoon flax seed meal
•1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
•1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
•Dash of Allspice
•1/2 cup Almond Milk
•Hand full of Ice Cubs

So i haven’t been on here in awhile and i have missed it and y’all all so much! Sorry i have lacked to post things in so long but i promise i’m back now! An update on my life: I’m officially a High School Graduate. I have a job and I am currently making my own money and paying my own bills. I am 37 day’s away from my 18th birthday and I am now a member of a 24 hour gym and have now lost approximately 15 pounds and toned the parts of my body i never though would be more then flab! I am officially SO SO HAPPY!

I totally agree! At first i was like holy crap I can’t do this, but as soon as yo feel the soreness your normally seeing the results too! I LOVE the program it’s totally worth it!
