45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week followed by 30 minutes of Strength training!

I do 45 minutes of Cardio 5 days a week followed by 30 minutes of strength training! Also I cut sodas completely out they are Horrible for bloating stomachs and hiding any progress you do have!! 8 glasses of water a day at the least, 1200 calorie diet with lots of fruits, veggies and lean meat! Also remember to get your healthy fats because you need those too!
From Monday to today I have went from 156.4 to 150.0. Pretty proud of myself!
